Do you make custom metal brackets or table legs?
Yes! Most of our products can be custom made to your measurements or design preferences. Just contact us with your requirements, and we’ll confirm feasibility, pricing, and lead time.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use high quality mild steel and iron, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Finishes can include raw steel, powder coating on request.
Are your brackets suitable for heavy loads?
Absolutely. Our heavy duty brackets and supports are designed to hold significant weight, ideal for granite and quartz countertops, stone shelves, benches, stone sinks, marble sink and any other types of industrial furniture.
Can you make one off or prototype items?
Yes, we can manufacture single pieces or prototypes based on your specifications. Perfect for designers, builders, or anyone testing new ideas.
Can I request a custom design by providing a drawing or sketch?
Of course! You can send us a drawing, sketch, or reference photo with dimensions. We’ll review it and confirm if we can fabricate it for you.
Do you offer powder coating or painted finishes?
Yes. We offer raw steel, clear lacquer, black powder coating, and custom colours upon request. For small quantities we do only raw steel and black matt powder coating.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free and fast delivery across the UK mainland. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom made items may take slightly longer.
Can I choose next day or express delivery?
Yes, express delivery options are available at checkout or by contacting us before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on UK orders, but we can arrange international delivery upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or text message to monitor delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can i return an order outside of 30 days return window?
No. You can't return an order outside 30 days return window, however get in touch with us and we will asses the case and we may offer others benefits.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for larger quantities or trade customers such as builders, designers, and fabricators. Please contact us for a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Custom made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if production or dispatch hasn’t started yet. For custom made items, cancellation may not be possible once fabrication begins.
Do your brackets come with screws or fixings?
Some products include fixings, while others don’t, please check the product description for details.
Which screws you would advise to use to attach the brackets?
Please check the item description, however we don't provide screws with the support brackets as each wall or fitting base requires different screws. Please consult with the person fitting the items for the appropriate screws.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, most of our products can be used outdoors. We recommend powder coated finishes for the best weather resistance.
Do you supply to builders, carpenters, or designers?
Yes, we regularly supply metal brackets, legs, and supports for residential and commercial projects across the UK.
Can you fabricate parts for business projects?
Yes. We can produce custom fabrication pieces such as supports, frames, and industrial fittings for business or architectural use. To avoid any misunderstanding, we will need from you a drawing or a quick hand sketch with all measurements in mm attached and holes placement.
Do you provide VAT invoice for the order?
Yes. VAT invoice for the order will be sent automatically to your email address a soon as the order has been dispatched, there will be a .pdf attached attached to the dispatch notification email from us.
How do i return an item?
Send us an email with your order details and a soon return is approved we will reply with the return procedure in les than 24 hours.
